To provide practical, bilingual training in blueprint reading and construction software that prepares apprentice with real skills they can use on the job from day one.

Blueplano Construction Institute was founded to bridge the gap between construction theory and real-world application.

With a background in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University, our training is built on a deep understanding of construction drawings—from design and coordination to estimating and execution across multiple disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and construction management.

Early experience through internships with a general contractor provided hands-on exposure to both pre-construction and active job site operations. This foundation led to a full-time role in field engineering, where practical skills were developed using surveying tools, construction software, and trade coordination processes.

In the field, leadership experience was gained by working directly with crews to ensure work was installed accurately according to plans. Additional experience includes concrete construction and quality control, bringing a well-rounded understanding of how projects come together from start to finish.

Beyond field experience, training and instruction have been a core focus. Courses in blueprint reading and carpentry have been taught through NCCER, helping students and trade professionals build real, applicable skills.
